This website is operated by FAMOUS FOR NOTHING. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

FAMOUS FOR NOTHING is a trading name of Nathan Garland, a sole trader based at Flat 31, Tramshed, Pendyris Street, Cardiff, CF11 6BH, United Kingdom. Contact: info@nathangarland.co.uk.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is priced incorrectly, if we cannot fulfil it, or if we suspect fraud.

All items are printed to order. Once an order has gone to print we may not be able to change or cancel it, though your statutory cancellation rights still apply. See our refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any UK tax due. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees on arrival, which are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

Products and colours

We try to show our products accurately. Screen calibration varies, so colours may differ slightly from what you see. Garments are cut boxy and oversized, and measurements have a manufacturing tolerance. Check the size guide before ordering.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our refund policy sits alongside those rights, it does not replace them.

Intellectual property

All designs, slogans, artwork, photography and site content belong to FAMOUS FOR NOTHING and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not the right to reproduce the design.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to interfere with it, and do not use automated tools to scrape it.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, and we do not exclude liability where the law does not allow us to, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
