Returns and refunds

Every FAMOUS FOR NOTHING tee is printed to order in the UK. That keeps waste down, and it means we ask you to check the size guide before you buy.

Changed your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in, with any tags still attached. This is more generous than the 14 day cancellation right you have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which also applies.

Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including the return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email info@nathangarland.co.uk with your order number and whether you want a refund, an exchange or a different size. We will reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return we will refund the original payment method within 14 days, usually much sooner. Refunds cover the price of the item. Original shipping is refunded if you are returning a faulty item or cancelling your whole order within the 14 day cancellation period.

Exchanges

Because everything is printed to order, the fastest route to a different size or colour is a refund on the original item and a new order. Email us and we will help.

Sizing

The AS Colour Heavy Tee 5080 is cut boxy and oversized. It runs large. Check the measurements on the product page before ordering, and email us if you are between sizes. Getting this right first time saves you a return.
