Shipping
Everything is printed to order in the UK. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which means there is a short production window before your order ships.
Production
Orders are printed within 2 to 5 working days. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves the print house.
Delivery and cost

Add the production window to the delivery time for a total estimate. A UK order placed today typically arrives within a week.
Customs and import charges
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, VAT or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay us. They are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. We cannot predict or refund them.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. If your tracking has not updated in 5 working days, email info@nathangarland.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was there to receive it, we will refund the item but not the original postage, and a new order will be needed to send it again. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will change it if the order has not gone to print.
Missing or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full.
